Admin Assistant

Person required for general office and administrative position in a small but busy office providing the central administration point for a number of different projects.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:
  • supporting other staff members with general administrative duties, such as filing, photocopying and typing correspondence
  • data entry
  • processing card payments
  • call handling
  • maintaining internal filing systems, both paper and computer
  • maintaining internal data to ensure it is continually up to date and accurate
  • reception duties - answering door, welcoming guests, making drinks etc
  • monitoring office stationary supplies
  • ensuring the office is kept clean and tidy at all points.

The person selected for this role will ideally:
  • be familiar with computers, including the internet and Microsoft office, particularly excel.
  • have a strong understanding of the English language and grammar
  • be good at working as part of a team but has a strong ability to work from their own initiative
  • have strong organisational skills
  • have good interpersonal skills
  • have good problem solving skills
